  • A collaborative process between the therapist and client, to help the latter process their emotions, perceptions, thoughts, or memories.

  • To promote learning and living well and to facilitate self-advocacy, empowerment, and healing for the client, the therapist may integrate psychotherapy with occupation-based therapies, which will be included in setting goals and planning phase.

  • The therapist can also provide support by assessing, coaching, educating, and facilitating coping strategies, occupational participation and engagement, and psychotherapeutic skills for the overall well-being of the client.

  • Available for consulting one-on-one or with groups and virtually or in-person.

  • Specializing in topics such as carer burnout, compassion fatigue, gender diversity, and decolonization strategies.
