Providing carepartner education and skills training on dementia symptoms, along with support for carepartners and loved ones on how they can adapt and manage their roles.
To support participation and independence for the person with dementia, the therapist can also provide tips or interventions on fatigue management, memory strategies, routine planning, and community access.
Offered as workshops for organizations and in the community.
Also available for one-on-one consultation with families.
